Just like everyone else on tech side of the web I too was waiting the availability of chrome, Googles new browser. I did install it and it worked wonderfully like they had touted. From the minimalistic approach to design to the new way tabs are handled in their own process.. it was great. I was pretty excited about it and planned to use it on my mac and linux boxes when it came available. That is until I read this: http://tapthehive.com/discuss/This_Post_Not_Made_In_Chrome_Google_s_EULA_Sucks
It points out one large flaw in the EULA that is of a lot of concern. Anyone who uses Chrome will want to understand what they agree to when using it.
Sad to say.. but until that is removed I won't go near it.
Google has updated the EULA and removed the offending clauses. Great to see such response from a big corporation. So back to testing it out! Happy browsing.
